Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 pounds Windy N Ranch ground beef
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Canadian Steak Shake or your favorite beef seasoning
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
8 ounces blue cheese
Directions:
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine the beef, garlic, salt, pepper and steak seasoning and mix until thoroughly combined. Divide into 8 equal patties that are uniformly flat.
In a separate bowl, crumble the bleu cheese and press it into 4 equal patties slightly smaller than the beef patties. Sandwich each cheese patty between 2 beef patties and crimp around the edges to seal the cheese in. Grill to desired doneness. May we also suggest topping this gooey burger with some crispy, fried bacon.
